Commission: 5% on sales, 1 month rent on rentals. No fee to list.
Owner Terms
Listing Terms for Property Owners
1. Brokerage commission: 5% of the final sale price; one (1) month's rent for long-term rentals. Payable upon closing.
2. Lead protection (12 months): all initial contact is handled exclusively through Costa Norte Propiedades. If a deal closes with a person whose first contact originated on our platform within twelve (12) months, the commission applies in full.
3. Contact details: no owner phone numbers or emails are published. All inquiries come to our official WhatsApp.
4. Approval: every listing is reviewed. We may edit, request more photos, reject or remove any listing without obligation to justify.
5. Exclusivity: exclusive listings get priority featuring at no extra cost.
6. Duration: listings are valid for ninety (90) days, renewable.
7. Accuracy: the owner declares all information is accurate and they hold the rights to sell or rent the property.
